The CYBHI’s Workforce Training and Capacity efforts focus on growing the workforce, and supporting young people’s emotional, mental and behavioral health. Our goal is to create a more representative workforce that is reflective of California’s diversity through expanded recruitment and training and by increasing the capacity for prevention, treatment and recovery across many different points of access and care.
