On December 1, 2023, the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Office of Health Equity (OHE), as part of the Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) released a Request for Application (RFA) seeking proposals to develop local-level campaigns that address reduction in stigma, and enhance behavioral health literacy for children, youth, families and communities, and increase help-seeking behavior and wellness support. CDPH and OHE seek proposals from 501(c)(3) community-based organizations (CBOs), Tribal organizations or collaborative/partnerships to develop youth-centered, and co-created public health campaigns.

Applicants must submit a non-binding letter of intent through the CDPH online portal by December 18, 2023, at 5 p.m. PT to receive the full application. ​​
