As part of the Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI), the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission, on behalf of the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is releasing a Request for Application (RFA) seeking applications to scale youth drop-in centers or other youth-driven programs that provide mental health and wellness services to children, youth, parents and caregivers in California with a specific focus on children and youth from African Americans, Asians and Pacific Islanders, Latinos, LGBTQIA+, Native Americans communities (California Reducing Disparities Project).  Up to $50,000,000 in total is available for grants.
